The bottom line is it harder on your home to sit vacant and unused. Appliances benefit from being cycled, HVAC systems need the freon and oil cycled through the system, running water through the fixtures, lines and sewer keeps your system flushed. This is of course secondary to not catching a water leak, or some sort of pest infestation.

Employees are background checked and carry liability insurance. You are also further protected by the subscription agreement that provide a non-disclosure agreement. We take your security and privacy very seriously.

The short answer is we go through a comprehensive checklist for each room of the home.We look for forced entry, water damage, evidence of pests and anything out of the ordinary. We also run water in each of the fixtures, cycle appliances, HVAC, run bath fans and air out the home. 

It depends on the issue. Some small drain leaks, we fix on the spot at no charge. Other larger problems are contained and brought to your attention. REIS Black Mountain is a Property Management company with home maintenance services as well. We can fix the issue, or coordinate with subs to get bids.

We collect your mail, blow off your patio and collect flyers and debris by the front door, we can meet third parties at your home, start your cars, inspect RV’s. Pretty much we are an extension of you, so if you need help, we make sure you are worry free.

You have the choice to have us automatically inspect your home, or you can arrange a storm check by calling in.

We can come weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

We always provide SMS messaging for the date of  the scheduled service, the time of entry and when we leave the premises. You will also receive a digital report that includes photos of each visit. If there is an urgent issue, we will call you while on site,

Yes we have our phones on in case of emergencies and will perform inspections after hours.

When you sign the subscription agreement, you give us permission to act on your behalf to control and secure your home. Once the emergency is contained and the proper authorities have been contacted, we will call you immediately. We will not secure paid services on your behalf unless the situation is dire and time sensitive. An example of this would be calling rural metro fire for an active fire hazard. Another example is if your home has a leak, we will shut off the water and notify you before calling a plumber.

No we do not perform security services? We leave that work up to the proper authorities.

We are not a licensed home inspection company, and any issues we discover with your home should be reviewed by the proper licensed individual.

Yes we can address any job up to $1000 in labor and materials, as long as it does not require a permit and is a “Plug and Play” type work. This basically means if you have an existing fixture that is defective, we can replace the fixture. If you ask us to add a new fixture by running new plumbing, you will need to hire a plumber.

We operate out of Cave Creek Arizona and keep our services to around a 15 mile radius. We will also travel to Fountain Hills and Anthem.
